Concerning the processing of user personal data in connection with the operation of the fleethublimousineservice.hu website (“Website”).

In compliance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: “Regulation”), dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we provide the following information about how personal data of Website visitors (“Users” or “Data Subjects”) are processed during the operation of the Website.

Personal Data Processed in Connection with Website Operation

The personal data submitted via the contact form on the Website are used by the Data Controller for customer service purposes. The following personal data are required for contact purposes:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Content of the message.

Cookie Management

The system serving the Website places small data files, known as cookies, on the User’s computer to enable customized services and reads them during subsequent visits. If the browser returns a previously saved cookie, the service provider managing the cookie can link the User’s current visit to previous ones, but only concerning its own content.

Cookies:

  • Store technical information about the Website visitor and their devices,
  • Remember individual settings of Website visitors,
  • Facilitate the use of the Website,
  • Provide a high-quality user experience.

The essential session cookies are intended to allow visitors to browse the Website smoothly and utilize all its functions. Cookies stored in the browser are valid for a maximum of 2 hours by default but may be renewed depending on the active use of the Website.

The Website also uses third-party cookies, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects information for statistical purposes about how visitors use websites. These cookies remain on the visitor’s computer or browsing device until they expire or the visitor deletes them.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Data Processing

The personal data submitted through the contact form on the Website are processed solely for the purpose of contacting the User, while the purpose of collecting additional data is to identify the scope of the User’s inquiry. The legal basis for data processing is the User’s voluntary consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.

As the data processing is based on the User’s voluntary consent, the User may withdraw their consent at any time. In such cases, the Data Controller will immediately delete the personal data, which, however, will result in the termination of further contact or communication.

Regarding personal data processed through cookies, the purpose of the data processing is to improve the Website and enhance the user experience. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, which relates to the provision of services available on the Website, the display of personalized content and advertisements, statistical analysis, and the technical development of the IT system.

Duration of Data Processing

The Data Controller stores personal data submitted via the contact form for up to 1 year from the date of submission. The Data Controller promptly deletes contact data and any additional data provided via the contact form if the User withdraws their consent to data processing.

For cookies, the duration of data processing depends on the type of cookie, as specified in Section 2.2. After these periods, cookies are automatically deleted.

Access to Data, Data Processing, and Data Transfer

The individuals authorized to access data provided through the contact form are:

  • The Data Controller’s managing director,
  • The Data Controller’s customer service personnel.

The Data Controller operates the Website independently and does not engage a data processor for data processing activities.

The Data Controller does not transfer Users’ personal data to third-party recipients.

Rights of Data Subjects Regarding Data Processing

All Users, as the subjects of personal data processed by the Data Controller, have the right to request access to their personal data, request a copy of their data processed by the Data Controller, request correction of the data, and—in the cases and exceptions specified in Article 17 of the Regulation—request the deletion or restriction of data processing and object to the processing of personal data.

If the legal basis for processing personal data is voluntary consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. The right to withdraw consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
